MIAMI-CLS, Miami has purchased the Crystal Lake Apartments here for $12 million. The seller of the 465-unit, garden-style apartment property was Affordable Housing Development Corp. The sale price equates to $25,806 per unit.

The apartments, located at 2051-2601 NW 207th St., were built in 1970, 1974 and 1979. They are currently 88% occupied. The rental range of the apartments is $510 for one-bedroom units to $805 for three-bedroom units.

Affordable Housing Development Corp. bought the apartments in May 1997 for $8.5 million, according to the Miami-Dade County property appraiser’s office. Lawrence H. Stockton, a senior commercial associate with Abood Wood-Fay Real Estate Group LLC, represented both the buyer and seller in the recent transaction.
