PHOENIX-Three leases helped fill 12,890 sf of vacant office space in Phoenix, bringing a hospice, family center and travel company to new locations.

The largest of the leases was completed at Biltmore Corporate Park when Trinity Hospice of Phoenix signed for 5,688 sf at the 6245 N. 24th Parkway office complex under a five-year lease valued at close to $530,000. Johnson Grove Partnership is the building’s owner.In a separate signing, Phoenix-based travel agency, Danvers Camelback Travel took 2,950 sf at 5070 N. 40th St., clearing a three-year lease with building owner, Fudenna Bros. Inc. The tenant will pay out $170,000 over the term.

The third lease went to Family Involvement Center, which grabbed 4,252 sf at 1430 E. Indian School Rd. under a three-year, $200,000 deal that brought that property up to full occupancy. One day later, SKS Inc., of Phoenix sold the building for $1.5 million to Eric Nielson of Los Angeles, Tyler Smith, with Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial, tells GlobeSt.com.

Smith and Stephanie Hickok of Grubb & Ellis/BRE represented Johnson Grove in the first transaction while Jeff Hartland, also with Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial, represented the tenant.
