Opus Northwest Management Hires Jennifer Renkly

MINNEAPOLIS-The scope of Renkly's responsibilities will include 500,000 sf of various types of industrial real estate in southern suburbs.

MINNEAPOLIS-Jennifer Renkly has been hired as a new assistant property manager by Opus Northwest Management, one of the Opus Group of Companies. She is responsible for 500,000 sf of industrial space in the southern suburbs of the Twin Cities area.

Before joining the Minneapolis-based commercial real estate firm, Renkly was a brokerage assistant at CB Richard Ellis.

Renkly has a bachelors of science in real estate with an emphasis in property management from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, MN. She is a member of the Minneapolis Building Owners and Managers Association, the Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.

Opus Northwest Management LLC is an affiliate of the Opus Group, a Minneapolis-based design, construction and development firm with 2,100 commercial development projects in 27 offices.
