FORT MYERS, FL-Lakes Park Apartments in southern area of the city has been sold for $2.4 million. The price equates to $60,000 per unit.The property is no longer locally owned, as PMA Equities LLC, based in Long Island, NY, purchased the 40-unit, five-building apartment complex. The complex was 100% occupied. John L. Dupre III of Fort Myers was the seller. The property is located at 7961 Gladiolus Drive in Southwest Florida’s Lee County.

The property was an investment for Dupre. He had owned it for a while and was ready to move on to a new investment, says Gary Tasman of Grubb & Ellis
