WEYMOUTH, MA-Beacon Partners Inc. signed a long-term lease for 6,281 sf of office space at Weymouth Woods Corporate Center. The company, a national health care management consulting firm, is taking space on the third floor of the 100,000-sf first class office.

Weymouth Woods Corporate Center is the newest first class office building on the Route 3 south corridor. The building was completed in 2001 and is also home to the corporate headquarters of Sager Electronics, Abington Savings Bank (now Compass Bank), Sampson Insurance and InfoTrends.

Eric Foster and Katharine Krein of Spaulding & Slye Colliers represented the tenant in the transaction while Peter Brown, leasing director for Weymouth Woods Corporate Center, which is owned and managed by Campanelli Companies, represented the company in house.

Brown points out that Beacon Partners is the fifth company with its corporate headquarters in the South Shore to lease space in the building. “With this lease, Weymouth Woods has leased more first class office space along the Route 3 corridor than any other property this year,” he adds.
