OCONOMOWOC, WI-General Growth Properties is teaming up with amaster-planned community developer here to build a one-million-sfopen-air retail center. The development, called Pabst Farms TownCentre, will be part of the 1,500-acre Pabst Farms community.
Pabst Farms Town Centre is planned for department stores and amulti-screen theater, as well as upscale shops and restaurants. Theopen-air center will also have outdoor space for civic andcommunity events and include plazas and fountains.
