NORTH NAPLES, FL-Locally based developer the D'Jamoos Group isplanning to break ground in the winter on a $100-million, mixed-useproject called the Buckley Nursery Project on a 22.84-acresite.
The zoning for the site has been approved and a site developmentplan has been filed with the county. The project will include 224condominiums, 51,477 sf of retail space, 11,188 sf of restaurantspace, 53,871 sf of general office space and 22,140 sf of medicaloffice space. The condominiums will range from one-bedroom,one-bathroom units that contain 972 sf, to three-bedroom,three-bathroom units that measure 1,809 sf. The retail andrestaurant space will be leased and the office space will either beleased or sold.
