In March, First Hospitality and Northern Realty Group, Ltd. andannounced the opening of the Hampton Majestic-Chicago TheatreDistrict Hotel. The hotel will open fall of 2006 in the historicMajestic Building, next door to the newly restored LaSalle BankTheatre. The 135-room hotel is located within the top 17 floors ofthe Majestic Building that also houses the historic LaSalle BankTheatre. Currently, the First Hospitality Group portfolio of 35hotels consists primarily of Hilton and Marriott affiliatedassets.
