ATLANTA-Due to growth of the company, consumer lifestyle product developer Astral Brands has signed two leases totaling just under 60,000 sf. Astral Brands will occupy the office space on July 1 and the industrial space in June.

The company leased a new 16,989-sf corporate headquarters office at Northcreek Office Park at 3517 Northside Parkway in Buckhead. The company also signed a 42,197-sf lease for warehouse/distribution space at 2700 Barrett Lakes Blvd. in Kennesaw.

Locally based Richard Bowers & Co. president and founder Richard Bowers and vice president T. Randall Hoye represented Astral Brands in the office transaction. Hoye and agent TC Madison represented Astral Brands in the industrial transaction. In addition, Hoye and associate Ashley Parker are marketing the company’s 26,000-sf and 19,000-sf flex facilities on Highland Parkway in Smyrna for sale or lease.

Astral Brands had outgrown its current location and wanted to relocate its headquarters to be near current and potential employees. “Astral Brands chose the office location because they wanted to be close to the type of employees they have and want to attract,” Hoye tells GlobeSt.com. “These are young, ambitious and computer-savvy professionals.”

In addition to relocating its corporate office, the company wanted to separate its executive offices from its warehouse/distribution operation which are currently located together. “The manager and operator of the warehouse live in Kennesaw so that’s why they chose this location,” Hoye says.
