Real Estate Florida will be the fifth printpublication in the firm's arsenal. REM also produces the regionallyfocused Real Estate New York, Real Estate NewJersey and Real Estate Southern California.The magazine will make its debut as a special supplement to theJune 2007 issue of Real Estate Forum.

Overall the board will consist of 15 to 20 professionals fromaround the state to ensure every area is represented. The latestnames are experts in the Central and Northern regions, in a varietyof fields. The newest boardmembers are: Michael Beale Sr., VP and regionalmanager of Highwoods Properties, Orlando; F.B. Bywater,chairman of the board at the Bywater Co., Orlando; JohnColeman, Florida SVP of EastGroup Properties, Orlando;William Moss, senior managing director at CB Richard Ellis,Orlando; Larry Richey, senior managing director of Cushman& Wakefield of Florida Inc., Tampa; Moses Salcido,senior development manager for Panattoni Development Co. LLC,Orlando; Jerry Shaw Sr., Real Estate VP for Opus SouthCorp., Tampa; David Sobelman, VP of Calkain Realty Advisors,Tampa; and Scott Stephens, principal of HREC InvestmentAdvisors, Tampa, for the central region of Florida. For the Norththe board includes: Susan Cusick, regional director ofImperial Bank, Atlanta, GA; and Keith Tickell, EVP ofdevelopment for Flagler Development Group, Jacksonville.
