Cantor Colburn will relocate approximately 120 employees,including about 60 attorneys, from its Bloomfield office at 55Griffin Park South to the Hartford office building. The law firm isexpected to move into its space at 20 Church St. before year'send.
CB Richard Ellis is the exclusive leasing agent for the propertywith Patrick Mulready, John McCormick, and Alexis Augsbergerhandling the assignment.
"Since the Hampshire Cos.' acquisition of 20 Church St. in 2006and recent renovations to the building, leasing activity has raisedoccupancy from 23% to 43% at the property," says Mulready. "Weexpect levels of activity to continue to increase and the leasewith Cantor Colburn is a good indicator that they will."
