SOUTHAVEN, MS-ScanSource Inc., a distributor of specialtytechnology products, has signed a 10-year lease for 593,000 sf ofclass A industrial space at Atlanta-based IDI's 230-acre StatelineBusiness Park. The new lease is part of a relocation and expansionfor ScanSource, which will be moving from a 366,393-sf facility atMemphis Distribution Center.
The start date for the ScanSource lease at Stateline is Oct. 1.The company will be taking space in the 740,844-sf StatelineBuilding F, one of two recently completed distribution centers inthe IDI development.
