The proposed development, which will include approximately 1.1million sf of class A office, technology and research space, willbe anchored by the University of Florida's Research Education &Engineering Facility. It will be supported by undergraduate andgraduate level research and training facilities, student housingand amenities such as a conference center with hotel, healthwellness center, extended stay hotel, restaurant, child developmentcenter and space for an Okaloosa County EDC incubator project.

The joint venture is known as Eglin Properties LLC. Developmentand management services will be provided by Landings Real EstateGroup and design services will be provided by Laurel, MD-basedGreenhorne & O'Mara and Pensacola-based Bullock TiceAssociates, which are currently designing the University ofFlorida's Research Education & Engineering Facility.
