SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ-SK Properties, based in Bridgewater, has given the leasing assignment for two of its buildings in the Exit 8A submarket here to Colliers Houston & Co. For the latter, SVPs Michael Markey and Jonathan Tesser and senior associate Adam Citron of the firm’s Somerset office are heading the assignment.

The two flex buildings total about 140,000 sf, with 110,000 sf of that currently available. The larger of the two is the 101,000-sf 21 Commerce Dr., a single-story building constructed in 1985. The current availability is just more than 70,000 sf, divisible to 25,920 and 44,493 sf. The building has 24-foot clear ceilings.

The second building, the 40,000-sf 49 Stouts Ln., is currently under construction and available in its entirely. It will have 18-foot clear ceilings, is divisible to 6,000 sf and is approved for manufacturing, assembly, distribution, research, office and other commercial purposes.

“The South Brunswick industrial market is always sought after by manufacturing, distribution and high-tech companies because of its location,” says Markey. “As this market continues to dominate the industrial sector in New Jersey, we will continue to bring tenants to the area.”
