O'Connor & Nakos Leases 14,000 SF at 120 N. LaSalle

CHICAGO-O’Connor & Nakos has signed on for 14,000 square feet at 120 N. LaSalle. The newly established law firm has leased the entire 35th floor of the building, which will house 25 new employees. The firm was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle’s Meredith O’Connor, Bill Rogers and Matt Carolan, while building owner Lincoln Properties was represented by Genny Emerson.

“Current market dynamics made this the perfect time for O’Connor & Nakos to start a firm and lease space,” Rogers says. “The tenant favorable market coupled with the fact that the firm was able to make a long-term commitment to ownership enabled O’Connor & Nakos to achieve a great economic package with flexibility options.”

Founded by veteran trial lawyers Daniel O’Connor and Telly Nakos, the firm will take immediate occupancy of its space. The firm will concentrate on personal injury, construction accidents, worker’s compensation, medical malpractice, auto collision, wrongful death, product and premise liability, wrongful termination, employment discrimination, social security disability, general practice, and construction negligence. It expects to grow substantially in the near future.
