[IMGCAP(1)]SANTA ANA, CA-RiverRock Real Estate Group has landed the management assignments for two class A office buildings totaling 563,816 square feet that bring the total of assets managed by the locally-based firm to more than 12 million square feet of property valued in excess of $2.5 billion. The two new assignments are the 317,000-square-foot 100 Bayview property in Newport Beach and the 246,819-square foot 3 MacArthur Place project in Santa Ana in the South Coast Metro submarket.

[IMGCAP(2)]RiverRock will provide an extensive suite of owner services and strategic consultation for the buildings, the company says. According to John Combs, founder and president of RiverRock, the assignments grew from the company’s existing relationships and the platform of owner services that it offers.

The six-story 100 Bayview property, which is owned by AEW Capital, is situated in a mixed-use services campus and includes subterranean parking within minutes of John Wayne Airport. The building recently garnered LEED Gold certification and is the first class A office in Newport Beach to earn that designation, RiverRock notes.

The 3 MacArthur Place building is an 11-story, plus penthouse office tower with subterranean garage and surface parking and is close to eight hotels, more than 100 restaurants, 30 first-run movie screens, the South Coast Plaza retail stores and the Orange County Performing Arts Center. The 3 MacArthur property is owned by Highridge Partners of Los Angeles, which recently acquired it from Tishman Speyer Office Fund.
