CUPERTINO, CA-Hatco Associates has acquired a three-story, $60,000-square-foot office building here that is 100% leased by technology firm Apple Inc. from an affiliate of Sand Hill Property Co. for $33.35 million in an off-market deal that was part of a 1031 exchange, according to mortgage banking and investment firm Newmark Realty Capital Inc., which arranged the acquisition on behalf of the buyer. The property is at 10495 N. De Anza Blvd.
