NEW YORK CITY-Bijou International Corp., a jewelry and accessory design firm, is moving from 20 W. 37th St. to a new location in the Penn Plaza district. The company has inked a lease for 11 years for 9,600 square feet at 42 W. 39th St. for office and showroom purpose. The asking rent was $32 per square foot.
