NASHVILLE-West End Partnership and Southern Land Co. are looking for exemptions to zoning demands to construct a mixed-use project measuring 348,000 square feet at 2300 Elliston Pl. The proposed project will have 14,000 square feet for retail use, restaurants and 300 apartments.

The property was bought in 1994 by West End Partnership for $4 million. The height and setbacks are the two main issues of the project. Nashville’s Board of Zoning Appeals will hear the request on November 18. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal.
