BALTIMORE-Philadelphia-based Carmel Realty Associates, a merchant and property owner on West Side at downtown Baltimore, has been selected by The Baltimore Development Corp. to redevelop vacant properties for residential and retail purpose. Carmel has been named to reformulate 124 N. Liberty St. as well as 101, 103, 114 and 116-120 West Lexington Street.

Carmel was the only one to submit a proposal for the $2.7-million mixed-use project, which will have apartments and a retail space in the same building. For the full story, go to Baltimore Sun.
