CHICAGO-Dynomax Inc., a Wheeling-based manufacturer, has purchased an industrial building measuring 40,009 square feet at 640 Heathrow Drive in north suburban Lincolnshire from Glentronics Inc. The manufacturer bought the property for $2.23 million.

The property was available to Dynomax as Glentronics moved to a new location at 645 Heathrow. In the transaction, the seller was represented by CB Richard Ellis Inc., while the buyer was represented by Darwin Realty & Development Corp.’s Patrick Shannon.
