NEW YORK CITY-Luxor Capital Group has inked an early leaserenewal for its 31,285 square feet of space at the Grace Buildinglocated at 1114 Sixth Avenue. The lease renewal will begin fromJune 2013. Mary Ann Tighe, Craig Reicher and James Ackerson of CBRichard Ellis brokered the deal for the tenant. Brookfield is theowner of the property.
