NEW YORK CITY-Tzell Travel Group and Guess have renewed theirleases in a 22-floor building located at 114 W. 41st Street,between Sixth Avenue and Broadway, for 10 years. Tzell Travel hasexpanded its lease to 65,000 square feet by leasing an additionalfloor for an asking rent in the low $40s per square foot. ColliersInternational's Robert Tunis and Mark Jaccom negotiated the deal onbehalf of Tzell Travel.
