CHICAGO-Aries Capital based in Chicago has organized a five-yearloan worth $45.3 million for an office tower located at 105 W.Adams Street in the Loop. Wells Fargo Bank has provided the loan tobuilding owner Musa Tadros, who serves as President of CrownChicago Real Estate Development Inc. The loan is a mix of floatingand fixed rates, with 4.2% of overall rate.
