NEW YORK CITY-CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. has negotiated twolease deals totaling nearly 65,000 square feet in a 30-floor officetower located at 452 Fifth Avenue. NCH Capital has leased onefloor, while investment firm Man Group has leased three floors ofthe tower owned by PBC-KOOR USA who bought it for $330 million fromHSBC.
