TOLLESON, AZ-Prologis Inc., an industrial real estate company,has landed a new tenant for its Prologis Tolleson DistributionCenter 1, an industrial facility spanning 302,600 square feet at9704 W. Roosevelt Rd. in Tolleson. TJ Maxx will occupy thedistribution center situated in metropolitan Phoenix.
