ARLINGTON, VA-Crimson Partners and Bernstein Management Corp.have gained approval from Arlington County officials to develop anoffice building on Fairfax Drive and Quincy Street in theRosslyn-Ballston corridor. They are planning to start constructionaround January 2013 on the 200,000-square-foot building andcomplete the work in early 2014.
Crimson and Bernstein are starting the $80-million projectwithout signing up tenants. The nine-story building will come up at3901 N. Fairfax Drive. Avison Young will market the space in thebuilding. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
