NEW YORK CITY-Morgan Stanley is in negotiations to convert asublease into a direct lease at One New York Plaza. The companycurrently occupies 800,000 square feet at the2.6-million-square-foot tower and is subleasing the space fromWells Fargo.
Morgan Stanley is also planning to add roughly 300,000 squarefeet more at the Brookfield-owned building. The bank's subleaseruns through 2015. The building is nearly 75.5% leased to tenantsincluding Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobson. For thefull story, go to New York Post .
