BOSTON-Cambridge, Massachusetts-based Vertex Pharmaceuticals hassigned a temporary lease for 56,000 square feet of space at OneMarina Park Drive. The company, which is currently constructing twobuildings at Fan Pier, is leasing the 12th and 13th floors ofJoseph Fallon's 18-story glass tower.

Vertex started construction on the two buildings totaling 1.1million square feet on Fan Pier Boulevard and Northern Avenue inJune. The buildings are scheduled to be completed in 2013. Forthe full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
