NEW YORK CITY-The Carlyle Group is enlarging its investmentoperations at 520 Madison Ave. The Washington, DC-based firm isleasing another 23,411 square feet of space at the building fromTishman Speyer Properties.
With the new addition, Carlyle's total square footage at theMadison Avenue building has reached roughly 123,000 square feet.Brian Goldman, Dan Madison and Neil Goldmacher of Newmark KnightFrank represented the tenant, while Tishman Speyer had in-houserepresentation in the lease deal.
