DAYTON, OH-The Dayton Development Coalition has signed a leaserenewal deal for five years with Charlotte, North Carolina-basedBank of America NA for 13,300 square feet in Kettering Tower, a500,000-square-foot property in downtown Dayton. The 30-storybuilding is 64.5% occupied.
Dayton-based Thorn Lewis & Duncan Inc. also renewed its7,900-square-foot lease in the building. Bank of America bought thebuilding during a sheriff's sale for $10.8 million. Cassidy Turleyis the leasing agent for Kettering Tower. For the full story, goto Dayton Business Journal .
