NEW YORK CITY-A British technology firm and a nonprofit havesigned lease deals for 12,400 square feet of space at 7 World TradeCenter. London-based Telemetry has signed a seven-year,5,400-square-foot lease and Casey Family Services has inked asix-year, 7,000-square-foot lease at the 52-story tower.
