BRIGHTON, MA-New Balance has filed plans to expand itsheadquarters in Brighton. The $235-million expansion will includeoffice buildings, a hotel and a stadium.

If the proposed plans get approved, New Brighton Landing will beconstructed on a 14-acre Guest Street parcel that contains parkinglots and vacant buildings. The plans call for the new 10-storyheadquarters building featuring 250,000 square feet of officespace, a 15-story, 175-room hotel and multiple 12-story officebuildings.
