TAMPA, FL-The U.S. Geological Survey Florida Water ScienceCenter has signed a lease for 21,000 square feet of space inComPark75 at 4446 Pet Lane in Pasco County. The center will bring60 jobs to Pasco County.
HR Pasco LLC is the owner of the Pasco County industrialbuilding. The USGS is expecting to move into the newly leased spaceby August. Heidi Tuttle-Beisner, the Commercial Asset PartnersRealty broker, represented HR Pasco in the lease deal. For thefull story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
