ALBANY, NY-Bruce Tanski, a real estate developer, will breakground on an $8-million apartment project in Scotia, New York. Theproperty, located at 49 Mohawk Ave., is currently occupied by theScotia Diner, which has time till the end of this month to emptythe property.
