SEATTLE-Security Properties, a developer based in Seattle, isplanning to construct an apartment and retail complex in ColumbiaCity. A PCC Natural Markets grocery has already inked a letter ofintend to lease the ground-floor space measuring 25,000 square feetat South Edmunds Street and Rainier Avenue South.
Security Properties is in negotiations to buy the 1.5-acreproperty from HAL Real Estate of Seattle. The proposed six-storybuilding will comprise about 200 apartments and nearly 30,000square feet of retail space. For the full story, go to Seattle Times .
