ALBANY, NY-New residential apartments are coming up in Cohoes,New York. Jeff Myers proprietor of Cohoes-based ShelterthermBuilders LLC is developing two, 42-unit apartment buildings onSaratoga Street.
The new project is known as City Lofts of Cohoes. Theseapartment units will be the latest addition to the real estatemarket in the city.
