LONDON-Goldman Sachs is in discussions with Foster and Partnersand two other US firms, SOM and Kohn Pedersen Fox, to build a newEuropean main office in London. The US investment bank is planningto build the new headquarters on Farringdon Street for its Europeanoperations.
