NORTH MIAMI BEACH, FL-CJUF III Intracostal, a subsidiary of LosAngeles-based Canyon Johnson Realty Advisors, has taken control ofthe Intracoastal Mall, a 328,886-square-foot property in NorthMiami Beach. Woolbright Development has given up the property toCJUF III Intracostal in a $59.8-million deed in lieu offoreclosure.
Bank of America originally issued the loan, which was laterpurchased by Canyon Johnson. Current occupiers in the IntracoastalMall include Duffy's, Dollar Tree, Old Navy, Winn-Dixie and a movietheater. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
