NEW YORK CITY-Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center has leased100,000 square feet of space at 650 Madison Ave for 10 years. The27-story office tower is owned by a partnership that includes ChinaInvestment Corp., AREA Property Partners, Ashkenazy AcquisitionCorp. and the Carlyle Group.
Memorial Sloan-Kettering will occupy the space that currentlyhouses ColumbiaDoctors next year. It will use the space for seeingpatients.
