NEW YORK CITY-Bentex Group Inc. is increasing its space inManhattan's garment district. The company has added 6,000 squarefeet and signed a lease renewal deal for 17,000 square feet at 34W. 33rd St. situated between Broadway and Fifth Avenue.

Bentex has signed the lease expansion deal for 10 years. Theasking rent for the space was $39 per square foot. Adams &Co.'s David Levy represented both the tenant and Arcade BuildingAssociates, the landlord, in the deal. For the full story, go toCrain's New York Business .
