MERRIFIELD, VA-The Washington Post reported that developers areplanning to transform the former site of Merrifield's movie theaterinto a walkable community similar to Arlington. The Mosaic Districtproject will comprise a 531-unit apartment complex by AvalonBayCommunities Inc.
