WAYZATA, MN-Roseville-based Presbyterian Homes & Serviceswill build a retail and senior housing complex in downtown Wayzata.Crews will start demolishing parts of the former Wayzata BayShopping Center in April for the $125-million complex.
The Promenade of Wayzata will be constructed on the 15-acreparcel of an empty shopping mall. The first phase of the projectwill include Folkestone Senior Housing, a 254-unit complex, andnearly 32,000 square feet of retail space. Construction isscheduled to be completed in fall 2013.
