MEMPHIS-Morris Auction Group will sell seven commercialproperties at an auction on April 13. The properties include afour-building office complex at 2750 Colony Park, 2760 Colony Park,4255 Cherry Center and 4245 Cherry Center; a 9,500-square-footoffice structure at 5495 Knight Arnold Road Extended; the old DeltaSquare Shopping Center on American Way; and a car wash in HornLake, Mississippi.
