BALTIMORE-The Baltimore Office of Promotion and the Arts hasmoved from 7 E. Redwood St. to the W.R. Grace Building inBaltimore. The organization, which occupied roughly 8,000 squarefeet on E. Redwood St., has leased 10,472 square feet of space atthe 168,000-square-foot building at 10 E. Baltimore St.

The W.R. Grace Building was constructed in 1973. BOPA currentlyhas over 40 employees. CBRE Group Inc. brokers Kim Penny and AbbyGlassberg negotiated the deal on behalf of BOPA. For the fullstory, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
