LEESBURG, VA-Leesburg Today reported that a parking lot situatedon the west side of Church Street will be converted into acommercial complex. The Town Council has given approval for theCourthouse Square project in downtown Leesburg.
The existing building on the site was formerly used by theLoudoun Times-Mirror for printing and distribution purpose.
