CLEVELAND-The Cleveland Plain Dealer reported that MRN Ltd. isconverting 72,000 square feet of office space in Rosetta Center, a17-story building at 629 Euclid Ave. in downtown Cleveland, intoapartments. The $4-million project will create 85 apartments onfive floors.
Studio, single- and double-bedroom units will be constructed onfloors four and five as well as seven, eight and nine. Thenewspaper reported that the apartments are likely to be leased fornearly $1.20 to $1.25 per square foot. For the full story, go toColumbus Business First .
