MENOMONEE FALLS, WI-Fiduciary Real Estate Development Inc. isplanning to start construction on an apartment project in MenomoneeFalls. The Milwaukee-based developer will spend approximately $40million for 330 apartments.

Fiduciary Real Estate will purchase a 39.25-acre vacant lot fromGrace Evangelical Lutheran Church for the project, which willinclude 250 high-end apartments and 80 senior housing apartments.The apartments will be constructed in 25 separate buildings.Fiduciary will start the construction in 2013.
