HUNT VALLEY, MD-A $90 million mortgage on the Hunt Valley TowneCentre has been refinanced by developer Greenberg GibbonsCommercial. Walker & Dunlop Inc.'s subsidiary Walker &Dunlop LLC offered the refinancing loan. The term of theinterest-only loan is seven years. The Hunt Valley Towne Centre islocated on York Road in Baltimore County.
