CORAL GABLES, FL-A Coral Gables office building, which isalready two-thirds pre-leased, is nearing completion. The58,000-square-foot office building, known as The Building, is beingconstructed at 2990 Ponce de Leon Blvd. and it will be completed byJune.
The Building will house Zubi Advertising, Sanchez-Medina,Gonzalez, Quesada, Lage, Crespo, Gomez & Machado LLP and theMas Group of Companies. Alberto J. Perez from AJP Ventures isdeveloping the project. HSBC Bank USA has financed the project.For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
